Betsy Cáceres is a Cultural Manager, producer, and cultural programmer. Passionate about Performing Arts, with DANCE being her greatest passion since her training with masters: Yajaira Centeno, Nina Novak, Vladimir Issaiev, José Parés, and Zhandra Rodriguez. She was part of the National Ballet of Venezuela, Classical Chamber Ballet, National Youth Ballet of Venezuela, and the New World Ballet of Caracas. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Cultural Promotion from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) and a Master's degree in Cultural Management from the University of Barcelona (Spain). It was at the Consolidado Cultural Center that she began her career in Cultural Management under the direction of Rita Salvestrini, Guadalupe Burelli, John Lange, María Francisca Mayobre, and Maite Espinasa. She was then invited by Diana López to join a position and consolidate the Chacao Cultural Center, experiencing the unique opportunity to accompany the conceptualization and implementation of the Chacao Municipal Theater. Diana López, Alejandro Blanco Uribe, and Claudia Urdaneta have been her mentors in this crucial professional stage. As an entrepreneur in South Florida, United States, Betsy Caceres associated with the Guataca network, she created Guataca Productions and has positioned the “Guataca Boca Raton” brand in the Hispanic community of her city of residence, Boca Raton, FL.
